Project area:

• The total area of the original classroom is about 140 square meters;
• Grooming teaching area is about 73 square meters, bathing teaching area is about 29 square meters (including a small foster area)
• The teaching area of cat Grooming is about 38 square meters;
• Equipment budget: USD 36，000 (excluding the construction costs of water and electricity transformation, classroom partition, etc.);

Grooming teaching area:

• 1 teacher station + 1 assistant teacher station + 36 student working stations;
• Bath teaching area: 2 spa teaching station + 8 bathing teaching stations + 1 set of large drying equipment;
• Cat Grooming teaching area: 2 teacher station + 4 student working stations + 4 sets of cat drying equipment;
• Estimated power consumption: the power consumption of teaching equipments is about 98kW, and that of air conditioning, lighting, water heater is about 45kW.
